I’m Carlos. I run a fiber crew in Lubbock by day — up poles, in attics, on routes. By night I build AI systems for small businesses. caprock ai exists because I watched good operators lose jobs to voicemail, and I knew the fix wasn’t another app. It was someone — something — picking up the phone.
